News: Bicyclist runs red light, sustains serious injuries

BREMERTON, WA – A 56-year-old bicyclist was seriously injured after he ran a red light and collided with a minivan on Thursday afternoon.

The accident occurred at the 6th Street and Park Avenue intersection around 12:30 p.m., according to KOMO News.

Local authorities reported the bicyclist sustained serious injures and was airlifted to Harborview Medical Center. The 55-year-old female driver of the minivan was not injured.
